1. Cancellation
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling, subject to availability and administrative charges.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date are generally non-refundable.
2. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
- No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged the full booking amount.
3. Early Departure There are no refunds for early departures or unused nights once the check-in process is completed.
